I love salt.  I always have.  I put salt on nearly everything I eat, including fruit.  I also have to keep using it during my meal to get the salt taste.  Well, my blood pressure was ridiculously high at my checkup.  My doctor told me to get by on as little salt as possible.  Well, I can't eat a little salt.  My food is actually white from the amount of salt on it.  I had tried "lite" salt and that No-Salt product, and they both tasted terrible.  My husband brought me home some Morton Salt Substiture one time, and I've used it ever since.  It doesn't taste just like salt, of course, but it is definitely do-able.  It tastes much better than any other salt substitutes that I have used.  My favortie thing about it is the fact that it has 0 sodium in it.  The container is small, and convenient to carry one in your purse to  have on hand when you eat out.  My blood pressure is so much better now, this was probably the best thing I've ever done for my health.
