This is a pretty heavy duty oil and to keep my hair from getting weighed down, I use about a quarter size for the entire length and ends. It makes my hair look really shiny, especially when I am outside. It makes my hair very soft and easy to brush out and comb. It smooths flyaway hairs down and keeps it from getting static-y on chairs and sweaters. It is nice for braiding hair and doing hairstyles that require intricate designs. I use this when I go in chlorinated pools, and my hair is much easier to comb out and feels very soft when I wash it out. When I am in the pool, my hair actually still feels soft and slimey, like there is a strange coating over it. I believe that it acts like a barrier against the harmful pool chemicals. I absolutely love moroccan oil hair treatment. The health and beauty of my hair is very important to me. I have very long and thick hair. It takes a lot of effort to keep it healthy. I splurged and bought a tiny bottle of this after a hair dresser used it on my hair. My hair is about three and a half foot long and I use a lot of styling tools on it. I frequently blow dry, flat iron, and curl my hair with a curling iron. My hair dresser was shocked at how damaged the last five or six inches of my hair was. It's been dyed and tipped so the ends of it take more damage than the rest. After my hair dresser washed my hair, she conditioned and rinsed it and then dried it with a towel. While it was still damp, she used a small amount of this oil about the size of a nickel on my long hair. I was shocked at how little she used and how great my hair felt after using this. My hair was super soft once it dried. It wasn't oily at all and the ends of it where the most damage was felt great. My split ends weren't as frizzy and they seemed to be somewhat sealed. I've got my own little bottle of this now and it has lasted me over eight months. I'm almost through this one bottle but it's well worth the price because it lasts so long. A little goes a long way and it doesn't feel like oil. If I put it in my hair while it's still damp, I can't even tell I've used any products in my hair once it's dry. A little bit of this truly goes a long way. Effectiveness It moisturizes my hair and it helped seal my split ends. I use this 3-5 times per week now and I feel like I get my hair cut less often because of it. Scent It has a nice scent.

This is my all time favorite hair care products. At first I balked at the price. Let's face it, this product is on the pricey side, but I had heard so many good things about it that I bought it. Don't let the price scare you off. You do not need to use a lot of product and the bottle will last a long time. I fell in love with this product the first time I used it. I immediately noticed how soft and shiny my hair looked and felt after the first use. I continue to use this product on an almost daily basis. All you need is a very small amount. I use very little. I have found that if you use too much, my hair looks oily. Just a tiny pearl size drop is all I need to make my hair easy to comb, smooth, soft and shiny. My hair feels so soft and have a beautiful healthy shine after using this product. Effectiveness This is by far the best hair treatment that I have ever used. It's not thick but it's not thin either. Information on this product: One of the main ingredients in the Moroccan Oil Treatment is argan oil. It's alcohol, sulfate, paraben, and phosphate free! It's great to use for dry or damaged hair. It can be a leave in conditioner, or used just to style your hair. My Review: I absolutely love argan oil hair treatments. Whenever I use this Moroccanoil Hair Treatment I feel like i'm at the salon or spa. It gives me the hair I've always dreamed of. It makes my dry parched hair moisturized, sleek, and shiny. My hair feels so much stronger, and healthier. I've also noticed that when I'm blow drying my hair, it takes a lot less time to style it.This has helped to prevent my hair from getting further damaged. My ends are less dry, and I noticed that I was getting less split ends. My hair is so soft, and easy to comb through. I usually have a terrible amount of tangled to battle, but when I put this through the ends of my hair I have no trouble at all. This is a miracle hair product! Not to mention the argan oil makes my hair smell amazing all day long! The only reason why I haven't bought this product again is because I found another hair oil that is pretty much just as good but a lot cheaper. This can get really pricey, so I've been using the Organix Renewing Moroccan Argan Oil Treatment. They both have the same results, and are great for any hair type. I would still definitely recommend the Moroccanoil Hair treatment. I might pick myself up a bottle as a treat. It's very luxurious. Nothing too overwhelming. It does leave your hair with a scent for most of the day though, but its not too noticeable.

This product works wonderful for every hair type. I am African American and this stuff works wonderfully when I straighten my hair! It leaves it soft and shiny and bouncy when I use it to flat iron. My son is mixed and has a way different hair texture and it leaves his hair manageable and shiny as well. We live by this stuff. It is a little pricy, but it is so worth it. I get salon results everytime I use it, and I am no expert on hair. Effectiveness Very effective, works on all hair types and leaves wonderful results. Scent The scent is nice. Its not the best but certainly not the worst.

After perming my hair, I decided to color my hair. This was a terrible mistake. I should have only colored my hair because after perming it my hair became a frizzy, birds nest of a mess.
