This is sort of a cross between Dick Tracy and Dark Shadows!

This show keeps me on the edge of my seat for the entire hour it's on! When I first saw the previews for it, I was a bit skeptical about watching a show where some of the main characters are vampires. However, I quickly got pulled in by the chemistry between the main characters. The story line continues each week, where the previous show left off. The show contains alot of drama and action, but there's also an undertone of romance and sexual tension, that I find very appealing. I like the way the show is narrated by Mick (one of the 2 main characters). Mick is a vampire, who was "turned" into a vampire by his wife at the time, Cora Lee. She was believed to be dead, but has recently showed up on the show in mortal form. The other main character is Beth, who is mortal, and works as a detective. It's very hard to summarize several months worth of shows into a one paragraph review. If you're into detective shows, and like to feel a connection to the main characters, give this show a looksy! You just may be pleasantly surprised!!
