We were at the hotel for five nights and the housekeeping staff never showed up until we called them after the fourth night. I've never stayed at a hotel where nobody ever cleaned the room. Also, there was construction noise that started at five A.M. and went on all day long. The rest of the staff seemed nice, but I was not impressed with the room service.
