The Staff, especially at check in dont seem to care about the customer. The pool area, including sundeck was closed, the buffet restaurant was closed, We traveled with friends,and had phoned previously requesting that we be accomodated on the same floor,,, that didnt happen and when pointed out to the Check in staff she JUST DID'NT CARE!! Thy did exchange our room the next day, after I spoke to Special Desk Manager, who at least was somewhat helpfull, The room I moved to I found garbage under the nightable and in the washroom,,Later when I attempted to charge to my room in the hotel bar, I was VERY LOUDLY and somewhat embarrasingly refused, it took another trip to the Front Desk,and about 35 mins of "dialogue" to finallty get that resolved, Then,,,,,I tried to take advantage of the "$25 gaming voucher offer" another fiasco, it just seems to me that the staff are either incompetent, or, they just don't care!! I should piont out, that this is not my first trip to Vegas, and am used the the consistent high standards this city is famous for,, I can assure you the Monte Carlo falls FAR short of my expectations I could go on about the noise from all night Construction outside the room, but I do realise the Hotel has no control over that,

Entertainment: Short Walk, Check with the hotel and find out what amenities are available, and bring earplugs for the all night Pile Driver from the construction site next Door Use the last minute ticket booth across the strip to get discount tickets for shows
