I stayed at the Monte Carlo to meet up with a relative who was staying in Vegas on business. The location of this hotel was top notch because it was right in the center of the strip. Other hotels are quite expensive in this area but the Monte Carlo was affordable and didn't charge me an arm or a leg to stay in the middle of Vegas. The room was comfortable and my girlfriend thought it was very nice. I don't stay in Vegas very much so I don't know what to compare it to, but I enjoyed the furniture and thought room service did a great job of cleaning up after us. Room service even knocked on our door at least three times while we were watching television so I assume that they are committed to keeping the rooms clean. On my last night there I called up room service and they arrived with my order in about half an hour. Their room service menu had some great selections and I was glad that they accomadated me so quickly. Anyway, if you are looking for a great hotel for the right price in the center of Vegas then the Monte Carlo will be perfect for you. I have no complaints.

Recreational Attactions: Short Walk, If you're coming from the airport and you need a taxi it might be better off to get a limo. If you negotiate with the driver and have a party of five or six people you can get a good ride for about fifty or sixty dollars; which is nothing if everyone chips in nine or ten dollars.
