Monte Carlo could improve on Room Comfort

I realize this was Vegas and most folks do not spend a lot of time in their rooms and they really want you to spend all of your time in the Casinos. But the Monte Carlo could do some things to improve overall room comfort. The pillows on the beds in this hotel are horrible--thinner and more uncomfortable than budget hotels. The towels are thin rags and not representative of the luxury one would usually think of at a Vegas hotel (or the upscale hotel that the Monte Carlo seems to emulate). We found two dirty used glasses in a corner next to the bed and the bathroom (although large and nicely laid out) was not as clean as it should have been. The hotel location is okay as it is not all the way at the either end of the strip but the construction next to the hotel and the constant advertising/salesmanship for time shares does get old after a day. We were there during a pretty busy weekend and there was always a line for restaurants. The Brewery in the hotel refused to serve us dinner at 9:30 p.m. (C'mon it is Vegas...the Chinese restaurant on the other side of the casino was still seating folks at 11:30 p.m.) All restaurants should serve food in Vegas until at least midnight since some production shows do not end until 10:30 p.m. or later.
