I don't know about the rest of you but by the end of July I am getting Christmas Catalogues from everywhere. As it gets closer to Christmas it seems the amount doubles. I really feel bad for my postman.
I usually just throw them away but last year I recieved one from Monostary Greetings. I sells a lot of religious items but the Hudbalsam/Skin Balsam caught my eye. As well as guaranteeing it would be effective, it promised a pleasant scent. There are many excellent products for tired and aching muscles but some of them don't smell very good.(Let's not mention any names.)
When the Hudbalsam/Skin Balsam arrived I had strained my neck. Before I even looked at the label, I slowly massaged it into my neck. The best way I can describe it is the feeling you get when you come home with cold hands and you hold them over the fireplace to get them warm. Slowly you feel the welcoming heat warm your hands through and through, That's the way Hudbalsam/Skin Balsam feels on your aching joints and missiles.
There are three ingredients that I used to have in an all natural, non drug medicine kit - Calendula, Arnica and St. Johns Wort. I knew they were natural pain relievers. The salve also contains Essential Oils, Lavendar, Rose Hips and Eucalyptus.
Before you take prescription muscle relaxants or OTC pain relievers that may damage your stomach, massage a little Hudbalsam/Skin Balsam into that ache and relax while it works, (Obviously if something is broken you need a Doctor.)
You can buy this online or from the catalogue at $14.99 for 2 oz.
