This site is wonderful for getting cheap HDMI cables and other small cables. My husband is the one who found this site and told me all about it. Anytime we need to get cables this is the first place we go to. We have also bought our wall mounts for our tv from this site and have been very pleased with the price and it's performance. I would highly recommend this site for all your extra electronic accessories needs. Ease of Use Very easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. Product Selection They don't have a large product selection or a wide variety of products. Hopefully in the future they can get more items and have a larger selection of products. Product Pricing Their products are of high quality and very decently priced. If you need any cables for your electronics this is for sure the place to get them. My family never over pays for cables anymore since finding Monoprice.com Customer Service I haven't had a reason to contact customer service so I can't really say if it's great or not. I found this site one day when I was looking for HDMI cables. I couldn't believe the price difference between Monoprice.com and Walmart. You would think that Walmart would be the place to buy cheap items, and it is depending on what you're looking for. However, their cables are always ridiculously high, just like any other retail store, and why? Because the consumer will pay the high price, and they know it. Not at Monoprice, their cables are much cheaper here than at any other retail store I have shopped, and cheaper than a lot of online sites, even eBay depending on the cable. Now, any time I need a specific cable, I shop Monoprice first. Ease of Use It's always easy to find just what I'm looking for, as long as Monoprice carries the item. Product Selection The only thing I found wrong with this site is that they don't have a wide variety of products. They have sales on their ink and toner from time to time, and I can never take advantage of them because they don't carry my brand. They don't have a very big variety of ink for that matter, I wish they could get more of a selection for customers to choose from. Product Pricing They are pretty cheap where pricing is concerned. Some of their stuff is a little expensive, but for the most part, most of the stuff is cheap or at least reasonably priced. At least the price you should be able to get it for, that's just my opinion. However, not only is their prices more economical, but their items are reliable as I've never had a problem with anything breaking down on me. Shipping and Returns Their shipping is pretty reliable. I'm not sure about their returns because I have never had to return anything I purchased here.

This is a really great accessories shop. I really like this site for one thing only... Gaming accessories! It all depends on which gaming system you have. Some platforms offer more gear selections than others. Generally, the newest released platforms seem to have the most variety. I only shop a select few sites specifically for gaming gear, mainly because I am a true gamer and this is the one that has the best sales and lowest prices of them all on the most consistent basis. What I like most about this site by far is the payment options. Shopping the site and paying with Amazon makes shopping here even better. I feel a sense of comfort and familiarity with them. The shipping times are really great too. When I place my order I usually receive a shipping note within 24 hours. I love the timing because it seems like they ship right away, just as soon as I order. I have browsed some of the other products they sell and can see they have a good amount to offer but, I have never ventured past the gaming gear. The gaming gear is of for Wii Systems is of good quality and their prices are low enough to be overwhelmingly tempting. The accessories I have purchased are durable and can really be put to the test. It's also great for shopping for kids who could be considered gamers too. Product Selection Depends on the platform you are purchasing for.

Someone recommended Monoprice.com to me to look for cables and other electronic accessories. At the time, we had just bought a new computer that had hdmi ports, and I was looking for a cable to connect it to an older tv that did not have hdmi ports. I was looking for a cable to convert hdmi to RCA, and I had seen cables claiming to do that on Amazon. When I got on Monoprice, I was able to find accurate information that told me that a cable cannot have hdmi on one end and RCA on the other. It told me that because of the way each type works, you actually need a converter box in the middle and that any cable claiming to go straight from one to the other would not work. I found the information to be extremely helpful (confirmed from other sources when I researched it more) but the price of the converter box was extremely expensive. Since that time, I have gone back to Monoprice both for information and to buy specific products that I am looking for. Product Selection Monoprice has a wide variety of products, so I have been able to find just about anything that I have been looking for. Product Pricing As mentioned above, the converter box was very expensive (although Amazon wasn't really cheaper). But for other cables that I have looked for, Amazon is usually cheaper. But I have occasionally found good deals on Monoprice.

I adore Monoprice. So far I've bought a drawing tablet (not the iPad kind of tablet) and a pair of isolating headphones from them, as well as several cables. The tablet was as good as my old Wacom, and it was probably about 20% the cost of a Wacom tablet of the same size. After getting sick of spending $60 on big noise-isolating headphones only to have the cable disconnect at the earpiece and render them useless, I found out about Monoprice's AMAZING headphones with a disconnecting cable (I liked them as much as Sennheiser's but they cost half as much). And unlike fancy brands' disconnecting cable headphones, Monoprice uses just a regular old male-male audio cable, so I could buy several replacement cables with it for only about a dollar each. They have GREAT prices on basic cables (audio, USB, etc etc) and a huge selection too. You know how the grocery store has their store brand and usually it tastes a lot worse but there are a few products where it tastes just as good as or better than the name brand? Monoprice is like a generic brand that's basically ALWAYS as good as the name brand. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is that their shipping rates leave something to be desired.

A friend of mine turned me on to Monoprice about one to two years ago, and I have been back to this website hundreds of times. Monoprice has high quality products at very reasonable prices. II will admit that I was a little reserved at first because the prices were so low, but I decided to give it a try, and I am very glad that I did. My first purchase was HDMI cables that I paid $2-$3 each for. They sold for anywhere from $15-$35 each in other stores such as Walmart or Radio Shack. Within a matter of days, I had my cables at a fraction of the cost of anywhere else that I could find. Since then, Monoprice is the first place that I check for any wires, cables, or electronics accessories. Lately, however, I have noticed that they are raising their prices slightly. I think that more people are becoming aware of this website and that they are becoming more popular. I hope that they continue to offer very low priced products. I would definitely recommend Monoprice, and look forward to continuing to be a happy Monoprice customer.

I'm not sure how I came across Monoprice, but I'm glad that I checked it out. Monoprice offers a lot of quality electronics at a good price. I purchased a pair of headphones from them for a little under $20 dollars and they are on par with my lower tier Sennheiser headphones. The ordering process was easy and fast. The shipping cost was also very reasonable. After placing my order within hours my item had shipped with tracking number. I placed my order around 3 o'clock on Friday and i received my order 3 days later on Monday. My order was packed properly and everything was sealed well. Monoprice from time to time offers a coupon for $10 off or 15% off an item. One thing that caught my eye on Monoprice is that they sell astonishing IPS display monitors at a great price for the time. I say give it a couple of years and they'll fall even more in price like LCD televisions. I would definitely recommend Monoprice.com to anyone looking for a deal on electronics with speedy shipping.

I read about monoprice.com when researching places to get cheaper cables for my new home theater/HD TV setup.  I bought a Sony LCD with HDMI but was shocked at how much these cables cost at any big box retailer (Best Buy/Circuit City, etc).  I learned that Monster and similar brand names are not only outrageously expensive but also completly not necessary.  As long as the cables are certified, an HDMI cable will provide a great picture and the ones I have purchased on monoprice.com are not only bargains but they work great!  I have also purchased a toslink to mini-plug optical connector to hook up my mac mini to my Onkyo receiver and this works great as well.  Great quality stuff! My last pucrchase was the wall mounting hardware for my new tv as their prices were in the $20-30 range vs the local store prices close to $100.  As with cable purchases, I am extremely happy with the mounting hardware! Shipping was fast and I had no reason to contact their customer service so cant comment on that area but based on the user reviews on their site, it looks like other customers have had positive experiences similar to mine. In a nutshell, this is a great place to buy your home theater accessories (cables, etc)...dont fall for the over-priced name brand stuff in the stores!
