This product is amazing. Being heavyset and working outside is not always the best situation. It only takes a small amount and after you rub it in, it feels like powder. I like how it isn't messy and really soaks into the skin. Most products for chafing feel greasy and rub off the skin easily and doesn't provide instant relief. This product is definitely a new go to.

I know this might sound silly, but this stuff makes a fantastic makeup primer! Just be sure that you buy this exact product and not the Monistat for problems with your, um... down below. I saw someone post it on a website and thought I'd give it a try. It contains most of the same ingredients as the very expensive, high end makeup primers. It works BEAUTIFULLY! and it's so much cheaper. First apply whatever skincare products you use, then apply a small amount of the Monistat. This does two things - it seals in your skincare products, allowing them to work even better and it smooths out the texture of your skin, hiding large pores and smoothing fine lines and wrinkles. It also helps your foundation stay put longer, a must in hot, humid weather! Another amazing use may sound a little odd, but hear me out. You know when you wear slip on sandals that slap back up against the soles of your feet with every step? That drives me crazy! But if you apply a VERY SMALL amount of this powder-gel to ONLY the heels of your feet, that annoying slapping sound will disappear. Be careful and do not and I repeat DO NOT apply to the entire bottom of your feet!! You will slide right out of your shoes! This comes in a large tube and even with daily use, will last a long time. One of the best beauty bargins out there!

I cannot say anything bad about this particular product. I have used so much of it, I honestly think it's the only product that I swear by. Being a heavier set woman this stuff to me is just like magic in a tube. If It's hot out and I'm sweating and doing all kinds of activites outside then I know I will chafe and be uncomfortable. I usally use the Monistat soothing care powder-gel right before I go out and I always take it with me just in case. If I forgot to put on some and started chafing, I put this product on and immediatley I feel so much better, that's why for me I say it's like magic in a tube. Truly a wonderful product that I would never want to run out of.

Living in the south has it's pros and its cons.  One of the cons is the hot, humid summers!  There isn't much you can do to keep from being miserable and sticky unless you stay inside 24 hours a day and never venture out doors! Often, during the summer months, members of our family suffer from heat rash or irritation from the heat.  I went looking for something to help relieve the pain and itch and found Monistat Soothing Care Powder-Gel.  I love it because it glides on as a gel, which makes it easy to apply exactly where you need it.  But it almost immediately dries to a silky powder feel so you don't have a big gloppy, greasy mess.  I've used it in the bend of my elbows and behind my knees, and on the inside of my 5 year old niece's thighs.  But the one thing I found that it worked great on was underneath the chin, and in the neck area of my 14 month old grandson!  He is a chubby baby, and was very red and irritated in the folds of his neck.  Baby powder tended to fly up and make him sneeze, no matter how carefully we tried to put it on.  I decided to try the Monistat there, and was amazed that not only did it keep him from clawing at his neck but also seemed to clear up the irritation! My daughter also used it around his legs and the elasticof his diaper when she was out of desitin!  She said it helped with the diaper rash!

I first tried a free sample of Monistat Soothing Care Powder-Gel and it knocked me off my feet! It was the best soothing treatment I had ever tried for chafing and razor burn. I used it under my arm where I had some razor burn. My tank top had rubbed across it all day and it became sore and irritated. This gel completely gave me relief and coated the irritated area. I suggested it's use to my son who is in construction. He used it on area's of his body that get chafed and irritated from working so hard in the hot sun. He said it worked awesome too. I would suggest this stuff to everyone needing relief from razor burn, chafing or rashes anytime!

i have had 4 c-sections and after each one i felt very wet under the tummy area..after my 3 rd c-section a friend recommended me to try this product, and wow,,the results were tremendous.i loved it..was never wet in the tummy area again.its a great product.. unfortunately my walmart quit carrying it and now im trying to find somewhere to buy it again...i also sent my daughter to get some and walmart said they dont carry it again where she lives either..

WOW ! When I first tried this product a few years ago, I was a whits end with a chafing problem that I experienced during the hot weather.  I am almost 60 now and over weight, so I did get the nasty chafing between my legs where on occasion the thighs rubbed. I heard a commercial on tv that made me want to give it a try. Boy was I impressed, as soon as I applied it, I felt relief and in a matter of days the problem was cleared up.  FAST RELIEF and lasting results.  What more could you want in a product. I was surprised to hear of the other uses, but do know that it works as well for a man as a woman who has chafing problems. I have told lots of my friends about this product and can whole heartedly reccomend it to everyone. I am so pleased that this is on the market for the general public and that you do not have to see a specialest to get it.

I love the Monistat Soothing Care Powder Gel.I am a big busted girl so I am forever getting chaffed under my boobs so I bought this stuff and decided to give it a try because a girlfriend of mine had tried it and after trying every powder under the sun nothing worked not even the most absorbant bra ever.Anyways I bought the monistat Soothing Powder Gel and I squirted some into my hand and I immediately felt the powdery feel with the gel look.So I put it under my boobs beofre going out to exercise and when I got back I was amazed at how well it blocked the swaet from my skin under my breast and now I sware by it.I also figured out that you can use it for your skin,such as your face to make it smoother in appearance and the good thing about it is it is never greasy and it works really well and I would recommend this to anyone.It is affordable and if you comapre to what you soend for gold bond and others it pays for itself.I stopped buying powders all together and now I just buy the Monistat it's great.

Monistat Soothing Care Powder-Gel is wonderful.  When I'm wearing a dress without panyhose, I apply the gel on the inside of my thighs and it keeps my skin soft and smooth and prevents chaffing!  I love it!  It really works!
