I agree with other reviews about the new interior of Moe's in Altamonte Springs.  I was drawn in by the high ceiling and bright lighting and hoped that the food was similarly fresh and light.  One reason I stopped going to Chipotle was the overwhelming interior design and heavy portions.

Well, the food and service I got at this Moe's made me a firm believer in Chipotle.  The servers were indifferent and mumbled a lot and the food was not very fresh.  Some of the components of my meal were fresh, but then some of the obvious ones (like the chips) were very stale.  Being nickled and dimed for... review »

I use to eat at Moe's quite frequently.  The last two times I was extremely disappointed not only with the service, ie: slow, lack of attention by servers; but also with the quantity and quality of the food.  The price goes up but the quantity went down.  Also, the lettuce was brown and wilted and the tomatoes were just plain disgusting.  I gave them the benefit of doubt and went back another time thinking it was just a bad night.  Agian the same problem.  I would rather dine at a fast food place than Moe's in order to obtain the same service and quality of food for a cheaper price.

I use to really like Moe's, and they have changed their interior design, but it does not make up for the poor service and the amount of food you get now is not like it used to be and you get much less chips and extras. They tried to charge me an extra $.50 for onions to be put on a burrito - i was disappointed.

I used to go there all the time with my b/f, and it was good for a while. All of a sudden though (seemed to be almost overnight) the quality of the food went down, and the prices seemed to up. They said the prices were the same, but they seemed higher to me.

The tomatos were no longer fresh, the lettuce was brown, the rice was under cooked. So I guess I wont be going there anymore. to bad because it used to be rather yummy.

I used to go to Moe'a all the time, especially on monday. But the last few times we went the service was not as good as it used to be, and the product was not as good as it used to be. I got so sick from the food I ate. I was very dissapointed. Will not be back
