Has gone downhill as of late.

expecting good, fair service, married, a Florida resident, appreciative of good service

I use to really like Moe's, and they have changed their interior design, but it does not make up for the poor service and the amount of food you get now is not like it used to be and you get much less chips and extras. They tried to charge me an extra $.50 for onions to be put on a burrito - i was disappointed.
