About two years ago we installed a Moen faucet in the kitchen sink. I love the high spout since I frequently have tall pots to fill. There is enough space between the faucet and the center that I can rinse without breaking china on the sink. Recently my faucet started dripping and I was afraid I would have to replace the entire faucet. Not so! The replacement cartridges were available at Lowes. We were able to disassemble the handles fairly easily. The old cartridges came out with a little effort, and the new slipped right in and alligned the notch with the slot easily. The handles went back on... read full review »

This faucet has the high profile so there is no pot that won't go below it.  The smooth look and operation make this an asset to any kitchen. My kitchen is one that was updated maybe 35 years ago.  It's a rental property so there's not much I can do.  My landlady surprised me one day with the faucet that she picked up at Home Depot.  It took less than 15 minutes to install.   It also comes with the spray attachment to make rinsing dishes a breeze.  This Moen faucet works with such ease.  There's no rubbing of parts.  It looks like it's built to last a long time.   The ease of cleaning...

for years we had to change out the faucets in our kitchen, they would last only a year or two if we were lucky, with seven people in the house we were wearing them out as fast as we could change them. i got so tired of the hassle of having my sink down for repairs that i looked at the the MOEN TWO HANDLE FAUCET MODEL 87881 desided to give it a try, seven years later and still working great. i love the hight of the faucet so easy to wash the large pots and pans that i use, i cook things like chili and spaghetti souse in very large pots so i can freeze them into three or four meals. washing them...

We have owned this faucet for about 3 years.  Three years and one month to be exact.  both handles broke off.  The hot one after only a few months of instaling it and eventually the cold one broke off too.  I know that when I think of Moen and see their commercials I think of a classy, expensive product.  We have all heard the term you get what you pay for.  This was not one of their outragiously expensive items but the handle bars should not have broken off.

I am writing a review for my Meon kitchen faucet which has been a dissappointment. The finish on it has deep scratches from dishes and such clinging on it. Also it leaks around the bottom where it meets the sink. Not alot, but just enough to annoy you and cause some calcium buildup I am constantly cleaning up...

The moen faucet model 87881 is easy to install and looks very attractive,  This faucet gives enough clearance to fill a large pot in the sink which is great if you can or cook for a large family.

I like this faucet - it's got the right amount of space that allows me to wash and rinse anything from a spoon to a big pot. It never gets in the way and it looks very sleek and contemporary.
