We purchased a Moen Model 84403 Bathroom Faucet (chrome finish) to replace the faucet in our powder room. We were looking for something sleek, simple, and easy to clean, and we didn't want to spend a fortune. This Moen set was perfect for us, it was reasonably priced and available at our local big box retailer. Installation time was about average, a couple of hours, with only minimal cursing involved. It works just fine, just turn the handle and water comes out....either hot or cold. Or warm if you turn both handles on. The drain plug works as well. Stops the water, then drains the water. No complaints so far. And it looks so much better than the 1970s gold set that we replaced. It was a simple inexpensive makeover that made a huge difference in the appearance of our bathroom (along with a new light fixture...the former homeowners really loved those gold fixtures a lot, they were all throughout the house). I also appreciate Moen's customer service and warrenty on their products. We have put one of their faucets in our kitchen as well.

Moen company consistently delivers quality and stylish products.  When my husband and I were ready to replace our outdated, old bathroom faucet, we did not have to even discuss which brand we were going to select for our new faucet.  We have have had nothing but good experiences with the Moen brand.  They deliver a quality product for an affordable price.  Our new faucet works very well.  We have only one bathroom on our house, so the faucet gets a lot of use!  It is simple, effective, and looks great in our bathroom.  While we chose a more inexpensive style, it is of the highest quality.  My husband did not have any difficulties installing the faucet himself and we've never had any leaks! I really like the moen faucet. I looks great. It also has a good color. It is easy to turn off/on. I replaced my old faucet which was cheap looking and hard to turn off. It always dripped. I have had the moen faucet for six months and love it.

I spent almost 145.00 on this product and it didn't live up to it's expectations. I had someone come and install it for me. The product didn't appear to be the same on the box it looked different. The set was confusing and we had to reread the set up instruction like 6 times before we could really understand where which parts belong. It took me and the individual about 6 hours to put this facuet together. The instructions were in fine print and very hard to read. I had to get a magnifying glass to read and understand how to assemble the product. We got the product put together and the water wasn't flowing the way it should. We realized that we were missing a part; however, I should have picked up on this when I realized that the item was not as similiar to the one on the box. I had to go back to the store of purchase. We get that oh im so sorry yah yah yah so we get back home and now the process starts all over again. Me and my partner is now professional pro's at putting this facuet together LMAO and SMH Finally, we get the facuet on and the water comes out just a soft no splashing and that is about the only good thing that came from this product.

We installed the moen faucet in our powder room on the pedestal sink.  It was the perfect size for the pedestal in that it was a smaller scale than other models by different manufacturers. We chose this manufacturer because this model fit out needs and the good reputation that Moen has. Moen stands behond their product and it is well made.   We had a number of choices regarding finish and chose chrome to match the other metal components of the room.    The faucet has proven to be reliable and well built.  It is easy to use- even the children are able to manipilate the handles so they can wash up independent of an adult.  It is easy to clean in that it is one unit- the handles and spout are one unit.  The installation instructions were clear- even the man of the house was able to complete the install without a plumber.   Ovedrall we have not been disappointed with our purchase and would recommend this brand to anyone.
