 I installed the Moen faucet myself. The directions were easy to understand, I had no trouble with it, probably took me an hour. I had never installed a faucet before, and was nervous about it, but it all went smoothly. It is a very handy design, truly can be operated with just one hand. This is especially helpful while cooking, cleaning etc.  You can turn it off and on using your hand, arm or elbow, cutting down on transferring germs and other contaminants. This product is wonderful. It is easy to install and is very neat and clean, the stainless steal design is beautiful in any kitchen and wipes down with no muss or fuss. I like it because it gives a straight stream of water and the pressure is the same no matter what the temperature. I also love it because I have had it for years and I have never had to replace the washer piece like in most faucets. Our new Moen Model 7310 Legend One-Handle Kitchen Faucet works very well

in our single small kitchen sink,  the bar used to turn on hot and cold water works

well,  I do a lot of freezing and canning garden products and use the sink a lot to

wash produce and jars.  After blanching garden produce I use the sink to cool them

off before freezing,   the faucet will go from side to side of the sink to make the washing,

and cooling work well.

The Moen Model 7310 works great. It is simple in design and easy on the budget. I never have any issues with connection leaks. It has a simple elegance that cannot be beat in it's price range. Thumbs up to Moen for a cost effective efficient faucet.

     When our kitchen faucet failed, I made certain it was replaced with a Moen! The Moen 7310 Legend One-Handed Kitchen Faucet is very simple and easy to use. It came with a sprayer hose as well. which is a nice extra.

     The spout is long enough to reach all corners of my square sink (of course, coverage will vary with dimensions of the sink), and the sprayer hose reaches even further, allowing me to water my plants on low pressure, or power off grease and dirt with full pressure power.

When i bought my home, it had all moen faucets in it. The kitchen faucet lasted 8 years. I liked it when we moved in, and it worked very well. No maintanence needed for the first 8 years we had it. I love it ... simply love my "One Handle Wonder"!!!  If you are busy, which is all the time for me... In a instant... I have this pot filled with water.... I am flipping the handle to rinse off my hands... the ease of just lifting the handle up or down is a true perk!!!

The Moen Model 7310 Legend One-Handle Kitchen Faucet in my kitchen lasted only about two years before it started leaking around the hot water handle and dripping hot water out of the faucet, and it was costly to repair because it required installation of a whole new faucet, which also lasted only about two years (my landlords installed the same one again).  The plumber told me the new faucets don't have rubber washers to be replaced like the old ones did, because they are supposed to last "forever," but they don't.  If that is true, I don't know what the solution about modern leaking faucets...

I have Moen Model 7310 Legend One-Handle Kitchen Faucet for about 10 years not in my house in Richmond Hill, Canada. While it perform well when its working properly, it broke down 3 times in 10 years.

MOEN has a repair centre in Oakville, Ontario and the customer service is superb. Besides the inconvenience of driving down 80 km one way, I wasn't so upset as they fixed my faucet all three times promptly while I waited.

So I hope it won't break down again in the next couple of years as if it would, it would certainly change my mind of buying a MOEN product again.
