  1. The Moen Model 7310 Legend One-Handle Kitchen Faucet in my kitchen lasted only about two years before it started leaking around the hot water handle and dripping hot water out of the faucet, and it was costly to repair because it required installation of a whole new faucet, which also lasted only about two years (my landlords installed the same one again).  The plumber told me the new faucets don't have rubber washers to be replaced like the old ones did, because they are supposed to last "forever," but they don't.  If that is true, I don't know what the solution about modern leaking faucets is.  If it hadn't been for the leak problems, it would have been a great faucet.
