My husband and I recently bought a house.  This house is in definate need of not only remodeling the kitchen  but both bathrooms as well.  We took both bathrooms done to absolutely nothing.  I made sure that Moen faucets would be the only ones allowed in my house.  They come in a variety of finishes and styles.  This particular one came in the brush nickel finish that is throughout my house.  The faucet is easy to use and distinguish between hot and cold.  This is a good thing considering I have two children who use these faucets.  I would not choose to use any other faucet in my house.  I would only recommend this brand.  We have another brand in the house that we are renting and we are constantly having to fix it because it either leaks or will not shut off at all.  This is definately a faucet that will last you with very little need to repair and even if you need to it is a breeze to fix!!!

I do maintenance for a large apartment complex.  We use Moen valves exclusively.  They are well made, easy to install and when needed easy to maintain.  While it does take a special tool to change or maintain the cartridge these are readily available and relatively inexpensive.

I love this product.  We recently remodeled 2 bathrooms and our kitchen and used all Moen products.  We love the brushed nickle prouducts.  They are very stylish and hold up well to every day wear.  The large shower heads are wonderful for that full shower effect in the morning.
