Moen 7434 Chateau Single Handle Centerset Kitchen Faucet with Side Spray Reviews

When we moved to this house all of the faucets were original to the house the house was about 9 years old when we moved in.  The faucets all worked fine for many years but a few years back our kitchen sing started to have some leaking problems.  My brother in law came over to fix it and thought that it was probably time that we got a new faucet. The old faucet was not looking that great anymore anyways.  It looked as if it had been chrome plated and the plating was coming off.

I had this faucet and eventually found the design a bit old fashioned.  I still have the matching set for my shower.  When I remodeled my kitchen for the 3rd time, I changed to a faucet with a sprayer built in instead of a separate unit.  I went with a unit that had a switch for stream and spray so I do not have to keep a thumb on a switch to use the spray.

I actually have this faucet in my kitchen and when it was first put in I actually loved it.  It is chrome and easy to clean and shine which makes the kitchen look better.  The side spray is excellent because you can point it in any direction you want and the power that the spray gives is exceptional.  I will definitely buy another Moen product.

Moen Chateau Single Handle Centerset Kitchen Faucet is a standard type of faucet.  It does sprout leaks, but it is convinent and price efficient.  Its cleaning in between the handle bar is a bit of a problem.
