Spike original all purpose all natural seasoning has been around for more than 30 years.  It contains many vegetables, herbs, spices, and sea salt ( There is also a salt-free version).  It is great on grains, avocadoes, tomatoes, meat, chicken, eggs, potato dishes and many other vegetables, eggs, etc.
