I loved the moby wrap while my son was little. He was born a big baby (almost 11lbs.) and I only used this for a month or so. I was very intimiated by the length when I first opened it. I struggled a little bit with trying to figure it out. I was able to carry my son with me all te time, which was… read full review »

I wanted to love the Moby Wrap, but I couldn't. It was just too long and bulky for a quick wrap in public. Also, the back carry is impossible to put on by yourself and looks dangerous. The newborn hold didn't work well for me, either. My baby did enjoy the out-facing carry until about four… read full review »

After an unsuccessful try at BW'ing with my first son, and a try with the Kozy Carrier, I decided to give BW'ing another shot. I ordered a Moby wrap online and when it arrived I was VERY intimidated by the length of it. A few people had told me that I would have to try it out several times before I would be able to put this on the right way. Once I finally gathered the courage to try it, I immediately loved it. My son fell asleep as soon as I got him in it. It was a lifesaver when I needed to get stuff done around the house and he was happy because he was being worn. I wore him almost… read full review »

The Moby Wrap is a great product for smaller babies.  The packaging and website says that this carrier can be used up to 35 lbs, and while that may be true structurally, comfortwise, that is not the case.  I have found that this carrier is comfortable for the wearer for children up to 18-20 lbs.  After that, it can still be used, but it is not terribly comfortable because the material is stretchy and will sag with the baby's weight.  The packaging material also shows that this carrier can be used for back carries, though I absolutely disagree.  First, it is very hard… read full review »

I absolutely love the Moby Wrap!  I received it as a gift and have been in love ever since.  I started using it when my baby was about a month old and she enjoyed being so close to me.  She usually falls asleep while in it.  She is now four and a half months old and enjoys facing outward as we walk around in and out of the house.  My husband enjoys wearing it in the house also, although I haven't convinced him to wear it in public yet.  I have ordered several for friends having babies because I like it that much.  The only negative is I think it is a little… read full review »

I've been very happy with this sling.  I really wanted to wear my baby as much as possible, but was put off by how expensive a lot of the slings out there are.  This one was really affordable and has turned out to be great.  It is easy to use and as my daughter has grown, it easily converts to different holds that suit her.  It is also great for nursing and for travel.  We are going to try it out for a hike this weekend.  It is very simple and plain, which is actually nice because it really matches anything you are wearing.  It would be fun if it came in… read full review »

I loved the Moby Wrap when my son was a newborn.  Its stretchy, soft material held my baby close to me, while leaving my hands free to deal with my 3 year old!  I have always been a bit scared of traditional guaze wraps, but the Moby is so easy to use.  I mastered it in about an hour.  I carried my baby everywhere in this wrap and I was often stopped by strangers asking where they could buy one because it looked so comfortable.  It is comfortable for both baby and parent and because there's no size or straps to adjust, both parents can use it without annoying each… read full review »

I bought this wrap after using both the baby bjorn and the evenflo baby carrier and this is the best that I've found to carry my baby for any length of time.  My son who is 4.5 months now almost always goes right to sleep when I put him in it.  The sure volume of fabric can be overwhelming but once you get the hang of using it, it is a breeze.  I feel like my baby is secure while he's in it.  I like this wrap better from some of the others I've seen is because of the variety of carrying positions that can be accomplished with it.  I will recommend this to others and… read full review »

I really like this wrap.  I especially love it for the newborn-6 months age.  The material is so soft against baby's skin.  Baby can be swaddled so he feels just like he still in mom's womb.  It's so cozy and comfortable that baby likes to sleep in it for a long time.  I love the stretchy material and the comfortable way it lays over both shoulders, it evenly distributes the weight and mom or dad can wear baby comfortably for several hours.  While the wrap can be used with baby up to 35 lbs, I prefer it with a smaller baby due to the stretchy material, the… read full review »

A friend bought this for us as a gift shortly after the birth of our daughter. There's a definite learning curve to setting it up and getting it tight enough but not too tight. I liked it in the beginning because our daughter had reflux, and this wrap made it easy to carry her hands free in a more upright position. It took me a while to figure out that you tuck their heads in under the wrap (when they can't hold their heads up yet). The reality is that it's very hot and doesn't work well when you have a heavier baby (as the baby gets older). I have not used the wrap since she was about 3… read full review »

This was a great wrap for my nearly 9lb newborn, but at 3 months and 16lbs (yes, she's a big baby) it doesn't seem as comfortable for either of us. It's also a pain to put on in public. The ends drag on the ground while (unless you're very careful holding them, which is not easy) your wrapping it, and that bothered me in parking lots. I would often put it on before leaving the house and then pop her in when I got where I was going, but that wasn't always practical. I would definitely recommend this for newborns or small babies though, as you can't get them any more snug and comfy than you… read full review »

I received this as a gift.  I had also tried the Infantino baby sling and baby carrier.  I'd throw them both away after I got ahold of this carrier.  Worth every penny.  Very comfortable to wear.  Many different positions and holds that can be done with this one wrap.  I'm recommending this wrap to everyone I know.  Really cut down on my sore back from carrying my son all day.  I even painted my kitchen carrying my son in here.  and he was 12 months… read full review »

I was pretty skeptical when I heard about this. I was used to the Maya wrap...but after getting the han gof it, I LOVE it. It keep the baby so close & snug on you, which is exactly what they want. & it carries the weght like you did while they were in your belly. Much better on your back & Shoulders. Its especially great for those days when you need to get some things done & they are being… read full review »

This carrier is one of the most comfortable to use, but it does take some time to master a quick and efficient tie.  The stretchy material makes getting the baby in and out very easy, as well as distributing the baby's weight evenly.  I recommend this carrier for newborns up to around 15 pounds, although this depends on the… read full review »

I love my Moby!  It allows me to free up my hands while keeping my baby close and happy.  I've tried several baby carriers and he loves this one and I do too.  The only down side is that it shrinks in the dryer but it stretches back out when you wear it.  I'm planning on using this for a long time to… read full review »
