Great baby carrier for small or younger babies

This was a great wrap for my nearly 9lb newborn, but at 3 months and 16lbs (yes, she's a big baby) it doesn't seem as comfortable for either of us. It's also a pain to put on in public. The ends drag on the ground while (unless you're very careful holding them, which is not easy) your wrapping it, and that bothered me in parking lots. I would often put it on before leaving the house and then pop her in when I got where I was going, but that wasn't always practical. I would definitely recommend this for newborns or small babies though, as you can't get them any more snug and comfy than you can with this wrap.
