This carrier is one of the most comfortable to use, but it does take some time to master a quick and efficient tie.  The stretchy material makes getting the baby in and out very easy, as well as distributing the baby's weight evenly.  I recommend this carrier for newborns up to around 15 pounds, although this depends on the parent.
