Moby Wrap —
OMG I can not tell you how in love with my Moby wrap I am! When my daughter was born she weighed in at just under 10 lbs...so the idea of having to lug a car seat around with me just wasn't happening. She could NEVER stand the stroller system put together---so I was VERY thankful when I bought a Moby before she was born! My only regret in the hospital was not bringing it with me! When she hits about 3 weeks colic set in and NOTHING would help her---we tried all the remedies---a lot of times just going in the Moby would help...but when it wouldn't, it still allowed me to carry her around, get everything done around the house (my husband went back to Iraq when she was 13 days old and won't return until she is 10 months, so I was on my own completely), and never feel like I was abandoning her. She is now just over 17 lbs at 4 month, and I am still in love! She continues to hate her car seat, so trying to just put it in a cart would never work...but the second she's in my Moby she either goes to sleep or looks around happily wherever we are! We just traveled from Germany to Baltimore, Baltimore to Florida, FL to Lousiana, LA to Nashville, TN to Baltimore, and back to Germany again...again, would have died without my Moby! It holds up through ANY situation---I can not begin to tell you how in love with this item I am! It is now the ultimate baby shower present from me! I haven't had issues putting it on in public, nor have I had any issues with her being too heavy---it never stretching more than normal!
