I loved the Moby Wrap when my son was a newborn.  Its stretchy, soft material held my baby close to me, while leaving my hands free to deal with my 3 year old!  I have always been a bit scared of traditional guaze wraps, but the Moby is so easy to use.  I mastered it in about an hour.  I carried my baby everywhere in this wrap and I was often stopped by strangers asking where they could buy one because it looked so comfortable.  It is comfortable for both baby and parent and because there's no size or straps to adjust, both parents can use it without annoying each other by changing the settings.  I agree that this is most effective with the younger or smaller babies, around 20 lbs it started hurting my back.
