I absolutely love my Moby wrap. It has helped soothe my baby since he was one week old. He is ten months now (and 24 pounds!) and I still use it all the time. Once you get used to wrapping it you can do it quickly and anywhere. I have put mine on in the car many a time ( not while driving :) Just this weekend we went hiking with our baby in the Moby. I recommend this to every woman I know who is having a baby. Best $40.00 I have spent on my baby yet!
I have had people ask me if it is uncomfortable and I always tell them that this is the most comfortable baby carrier I have tried on. I recieved a front baby carrier (infantino) for my baby shower and I used it once becasue it hurt my back so bad, and my baby just wasn't as snuggled.
It does get hot so I don't put my baby in with his sweater or coat on. If when we are walking it does get a little chilly I just wrap a blanket around him on the outside.
I have found many more holds than they show you in the booklet. Once you get the main wrap down you can use their criss cross system to safley make your own.
One con I have noticed that people are saying is that the ends get dirty if you put in on outside. Well I let the ends drop to the ground wherever I am and then I just shake the leaves or dirt or whatever gets on it off and we are good to go.
