I bought mine after my son turned 4 months old. I don't know how I survived without it! I love it even more now that I have my daughter. I gave it a score of 4 because it does require a learning curve and can be too warm to wear baby for too long in the summer. Safety Follow directions, and you should be fine. Pay attention to baby's temp in hot weather. Baby's Comfort Both of my children love it. They go right to sleep! Parents' Comfort It's the best carrier that I have tried for my back. I have arthritis in my neck. Ease of Use Easy one you learn how to wrap it. I put it on in the morning and just leave it on all day. Nursing requires a learning curve, but it's doable. I usually just take baby out to nurse. I wore the Moby while traveling through airports. I actually had to run to the other end of an airport to catch my next flight while wearing my baby. I don't think I could have done it without the Moby! Design I love the versatility in ways I can wear my baby. I do wish I could back carry. I don't feel it is safe enough for that, but I don't think it's recommended by the company anyway.
