Mitsubishi Lancer - 2005 Review

I bought my 2005 Lancer used with only 6000 miles on it 7 months ago.  The car handles great and the ride is very smooth.  The steering is responsive and it has awesome pick up, a feature my youngest daughter likes very much.  It has a 2 liter, 4 cylinder engine which get quite good gas mileage, unless my daughter is driving, she likes to take off fast.   On a recent trip from Moore, OK to Shreveport, LA with 4 adults in the car, we averaged just over 30 miles to the gallon. I like to have a smaller car that get pretty good mileage, yet looks some what sporty.  This car fit the bill and it even has 4 doors so getting my granddaughter in and out of her carseat wasn't a problem. 

The only draw back I can find at this point are the seats.  I think they are fine, I have lots of padding in the back, but my lighter weight daughters have said on long trips they tend to be quite hard.  I think a pillow to sit on would help with that. 

I am completely satisfied with my purchase, like I said I love this car.
