ALDIs is a dream come true during a time of high oil and gasoline prices. At ALDI the prices on staples such as milk, sugar, eggs, orange juice, cereal, frozen shrimp, salmon are the prices of a year or more ago at the "regular" markets. I belong to Sam's Club and have realized that ALDIs prices are LESS than Sam's most of the time! I love the German coffee, German preserves, Austrian chocolate. You get great survice at anytime, and they always know what you need even if its not in their department. With all the work they have to do it always seems well orginized, even though they have to deal with people putting things away wrong or not at all, misbehaving children and rude people they still keep a smile on their face and to their work the best that they can. As I've mentioned many times, my mom is legally blind. She and I are really close, and I always send her a card and gift on Mothers' Day, in addition to phoning her. Since she started to lose her sight, I've felt kindof funny about sending her cards. Since she can't see much of anything, someone always has to read cards and letters to her. There's nothing top secret about the notes and cards I send my mom, but she is, after all, an adult, and she does have a right to privacy. i have sold partylite in the past simply for my own buying/using habits. i was introduced to partylite about 7 years ago and i've been hooked every since. i have allergies and these candles do not bother me at all. they always burn evenly and they burn cooly so if the wax does get on your skin it will not cause 3rd degree burns i love looking at the catalogs and seeing what all new holders they have come out with. i use no other candles and find it rude when people give me other candle brands for… read full review »

For several years, I had use of a great pottery studio and kiln. I even had my own wheel, at home, and a make-shift raku kiln at our last residence. We now live in one of San Francisco's outer neighborhoods. There are no ceramics studios nearby and, since I don't have a car, hauling clay and supplies to and from a studio that's a significant walk and train ride away, doesn't really interest me. I will never buy GEICO Insurance because of their ads. They will not leave us alone. Talk about oversatuation. Mailings every week, flyer fillers, radio every hour, tv every hour, scoreboards, stadium walls, planes over head, billboards. .... even the freaking toll booths have GEICO ads.
