I found this when my doctor scheduled me for a colonoscopy.  I thought that if I had no stomach craps after taking the tremendous quantity of this laxative that my preparation for the procedure required that it might be a very good laxative.  That has proven to be true.  I have never taken a laxative before without stomach pain resulting until I found this one.  It is effective, too, always producing a bowl movement within three hours. One dose softens my bowl movements for several days making further doses unnecessary.  However, the directions say you can take it up to three days if required.  This should make it helpful to even chronic constipation sufferers.   It dissolves quickly in plain water and has no taste while you're drinking it.  There's no after taste either.  The bottle top is the measuring device; so there is no problem with determining how much to take.  I have so many health problems that solving one as pleasantly and easy as taking this really helps with uncomplicating my life.
