Overall, it was sloppy work, and he was also 3 hours late! (he said he was lost, but 3 hours is too late).
I called and complained and they scheduled someone to come to fix it. The canceled on the first appointment and finally came a week later.
They sanded and touched up the tubs. One still has some bumps on it which I am not happy about and the other is good.
Overall, I am not happy that they sent an inexperienced person to finish my two tubs and resulted in subsequent visits. We have two young children and it is painful to schedule for such visits (smell and unable to use bathroom for hours).
Also, they charge $60 to replace the drain and overflow when they actually just glue a new one over the old one. Anyone can do that. Don't go for that option.
Make sure you check the smoothness of the tub (if should be smooth like a brand new tub) before letting them go. Also make sure they clean up. Don't pay unless you are 100% satisfied.
Also, check out their website, there is not one single negative review in it. Makes you wonder...Last edited on Sep 02, 2008
