Mio Petite Strapless Heart Rate Monitor Review

i received my heart rate monitor for chrismas. it was very important to me that my monitor be strapless, as i was afraid it would be irritating during long workout sessions. my watch-style monitor by mio was easy enough to program and set up, but i don't believe it is all that accurate. it is fine if you are still and motionless, but this is not very practical to use when you are trying to monitor your heart rate during aerobics or running or any other physical activity requiring movement. often when i am in the peak of a workout, my monitor will not register anything at all. i don't know if it doesn't register above a certain point or if you have to hold your arm in a certain position or if you are supposed to remain still as the instructions that came with the watch are not that detailed. so overall, i am not that impressed with my mio sport petite strapless heart rate monitor.
