Mio - Digiwalker c520 GPS Receiver — 

I was able to buy this thing for like $150, works nice.  Graphics are very high tech looking.  Great options for maps and views.  Shows the upcoming and list of directions being told.  Announces the directions outloud.  Bluetooth included.  Enough said.  =P
