Miralax is the best stuff since exlax, but way better I suffer from cronic constipation and other unmentionables, Not any more,I had diverticuli,as well. since my doctor told me to use this stuff I have no more proublems,I dont get the bloat, gas or other uncomfortable proublems of the other brand including metamucul.
