At first I was attracted to the MINI Cooper because of it's unique status in American car markets. But as soon as I got behind the wheel of my first MINI, manual 5-speed, I fell in love!
Not only is it quick to respond, easy to maneuver and comfortable, but it is excellent on gas!
My MINI averages 28 m.p.g. on suburban style driving and up to 36 or more on the highway. I'll admit the back seats are a bit difficult to get in and out of for adults, but my kids don't mind. Normally I fold them down and use my MINI like a station wagon. Many people are surprised at how much I can fit back there! From groceries to horse feed, it has never let me down. I have the optional GPS unit which is great for when I don't know where I'm going, or if I just want to look at a map for optional routes. If I get lost I know the GPS will always take me home! The MINI Cooper also has a high safety rating, with side and front airbags. So far I have had no complaints about my MINI and have never had a problem that required taking it back to the dealer. Great little car!!

Welcome to Viewpoints! They are fun little cars to drive, almost like a go-cart with a body on it. ;) Ron
