I went here because after doing my homework and making tons of calls, this place was the only local place that upheld the rules of the "Locls of Love" program that says any salon that participates with them must give the cut for free with an 8 inch hair donation. Every other salon locally that claimed to be a Locks of Love participant tried to charge me.
Mindy was very friendly and obviously passionate about her practice and the Locks of Love program.
My only complaints were that the building was very unprofessional looking. Its a big metal shop/garage type. When I first pulled up I thought I was getting my car serviced rather than a hair cut. The inside was much more older beauty parlor looking. Also the prices were a bit high compared to other local places (chains and privately owned).
However, the friendly service and ability to understand what I was looking for in a cut and to deliver it evened it all out.
