The location of the Millenium Knickerbocker is awesome - you're very close to the north end of the Magnificent Mile (Michigan Ave). Staff is very helpful. The lobby and shared areas of the hotel are very nice but the rooms themselves leave a little bit to be desired. The room is small but the bathroom is the real problem. Way too small and there is no counter to speak of. Decent value for the money but not a great room.
