Not worth the money

poor amenities, not comfortable, average dining options, poorly maintained, poor value

The Knickerbocker has seen better days. Although the staff was very helpful, the property is in dismal condition. For such a high room rate, I'd expect more amenities. Regular rooms have such a small bathroom, there is no tub! Save your money and stay elsewhere.
