My dog is not exactly the heath food type and he knows when I'm trying to sneak something healthier into his diet so I wasn't sure how well Milk Bone's Healthy Favorites Granola Biscuits would go over, despite the fact that they have his favorite beef flavor. Let's just say that he was not amused. The ingredients are very good with real beef, carrots, rolled oats, and flaxseeds. There are also no artificial colors, and are made without fillers such as corn and soy. So I, of course, was excited to feed these to my dog. I also really like the size. They're on the smaller side which is nice since my dog is a Chihuahua and has a small mouth. The taste apparently is not up to par though since my dog rushed over when he saw the familiar Milk Bone box, but once he sniffed the biscuit and realized that it wasn't his favorite variety he just wandered away. He did halfheartedly nibble at it once in a while later but it wasn't his favorite. So, if you're trying to sneak something healthier in to your dog's diet and you have a picky dog like mine it may not go over well.

I always love Milk-Bone products because they are a classic brand that every dog owner knows and loves. The Healthy Favorites Granola Biscuits with Real Beef keep true to that classic taste with a new twist. I had a dog that needed to keep to a strict diet and lose weight to keep healthy, but I still wanted to treat her to treats. These are the product I went with because it is a healthy alternative, but it still has the great flavor and real beef included. They are the perfect size for large dogs, but are very easy to break in half or smaller pieces to feed to smaller dogs or if you like to give many pieces for training exercises. You know you are getting the same quality that you get with all Milk-Bone products. The flavor is real beef so of course the dogs immediately loved it. If you already use Milk-Bone classics, it should be an easy switch over to the Naturals.

I have several doggies that I walk with daily and they all prefer milk bone over any other treats. This is proven over and over again with each new dog that comes to walk. I have even given them other choices but they all love milk bone doggie treats. This company has been around a long time and it is American made so I trust the ingredients completely. I do not believe that there has ever been a recall. I buy small, medium and large sizes for needs of each of my doggie friends.

This is a great product. It's a great milk bone. It's my dog's one and only treat. I trust this brand and the healthy bone that it is. I would buy this for your dog. There are pieces of food in there that are recognizable. You can see the granola in the product. But this for your dog to enjoy! My dog actually asks for these treats every night. I trained my dog to do tricks with these treats too. Knowing that this product is made with natural ingredients helped me decide to buy this product. The product contains rolled oats and flaxseed which is a good source of fiber (you can see the oats and flax in the product). It contains beef which is a good source of protein. It does not contain artificial colors, corn, soy or fillers. This is good for my dog because he has allergies. The ingredients on the box are readable and there are not chemical names for ingredients. I trust this product over other products because of the natural ingredients.

I love my dog very much and enjoy giving him treats for good behavior. I don't like to give him "people food" because I worry about how is stomach will react to these kinds of foods. Also I don't like some of the dog treats as they have a long list of hard to pronounce ingredients. This is why I decided to give Milk Bone Healthy Favorites Granola Biscuits with Real Beef a try. My dog loved them! They are the perfect size for him (he weighs about 34 pounds) and offer a good alternative to the traditional Milk Bone treats. I like the fact that they have a nice list of ingredients and don't seem to upset his stomach like some other dog treats have in the past. Another thing that I really like about this particular treat is that it comes from Milk Bone, a company I trust not to add dangerous fillers to their dog items. These granola treats are easy to find at my regular grocery store so I don't need to make a stop at the pet supply store and they also are very inexpensive. Additionally I have found coupons and sales on them so they don't cost a ton of money. I would highly recommend this product for pet owners who want to provide their dogs with a good, healthy snack from a brand that they can trust.

i use milk bones dog treat to reward my dog for good behavior.My dogs really like milk bones so they are great.The milk bone treats are worth the money and healthy!They work great for walking and training. I can hold some in my hand and BINGO my dog stays at my side, glued to the hand. They always seem fresh. They have a bigger size for big dogs too. My 2 dogs LOVE this product! And they are very picky! I'm going to buy it again and again to keep them happy!My dog loves the flavor, I love controlling the amount he gets. It's also great to tear into smaller bits, toss around & let him find them, to keep him a bit more active. I was so happy when I finally found a dog treat that is both healthy, being that it is packed with meat, fruits, and vegetables, and affordable. Usually the healthy treats cost more than my budget allows. Too bad my dog hated these. I bought a bunch of boxes of these when they were on sale for buy one get one free, plus I had coupons, only to find that my dog spends hours picking at these, and leaving the tiny bits of vegetables behind on the carpet. I ended up getting sick of vacuuming after everytime I gave him one of these, and finally gave them all to my sister-in-law who has three dogs that all loved these. I bought both the beef and chicken flavors of these Milk Bone Healthy Favorites, and my dog disliked both of them equally. My dog normally likes anything made by Milkbone, but now we know to stay away from anything that has physical pieces of fruits or vegetables. Good thing he is healthy regardless.

I got this for my dog based on the Milkbone name and she is getting older and it seemed to be a healthier treat. The only problem was my puppy girl was very hit or miss with the treat. Sometimes she ate it, sometimes she didn't. For the price, I would have preferred more hits, but I am pleased with the ingredients.

We were using Pup-eroni. Our dog is very choosy in her treats. At our last visit to the vet he suggested we switch her to Milk Bone. She didn't really like the crunchy biscuits. We had gotten a sample of Healthy Favorites so we gave it a try. she went nuts for them. We can't open a new bag until it's time to start the bag. If she sees or hears us tearing open the package she comes running for one. The only down side is that the size of the bag is too small. I wish it came in a larger package.
