    gives head ache, sickeningly sweet

In my opinion Mikes Lemonade is a good option to have when you dont want to prepare drinks. Or to have as one more option in your fridge for your guests. However I dont think is a to drink all the time. You could get sick of the taste, and it could give you head ache, next day, drinking just 3 bottles.
