After my Hoover vacuum quit working, I researched light-weight vacuums before deciding on a Miele bagged unit. Having back problems and living in a two story home, meant that I needed a vacuum that was easy to lift and to use. Miele has some amazing features. It swivels effortlessly and can easily switch from hard wood floors to carpet and back. The only drawback to owning this vacuum is the cost of the bags which are fairly expensive and not always easy to find.
