If a person is like me and suffers from severe cramps that time a month then they know the importance of a good pain reliever. This is a product that I have been using for a whole now. At the first sign of blood flow, I take one with a glass of water. I've gone from having severe cramps to hardly having any at all. I enjoy using Midol because it not only relieves my pain but I haven't had any problems with digesting the medication and it's pretty cost effective. As far as I know, I haven't had any allergic reactions or problems with the pills being too large to swallow. I can purchase it from most stores and one bottle last me a long time. It gives fast relief that last and I hardly even know that my cycle is on. The pills are safe to use. They are very easy to open but safe around children with the child proof top. I get the results I need when I use it an would recommend it to anyone.

Midol Extended Relief is such a versatile pill that I can't live without it. I have extreme cramps to the point that I am in bed for the first few days. With midol extended relief I am able to function all through out the day, without any discomfort. There was also a time that I had a terrible headache and didn't have any aspirin so i took a midol and it helped with the pain.

Fast and long relief for menstrual cramps. These pills are smaller than other pain killers, so they are great for people who don't like pills. The extended release pills also last approximately 2-3 hours longer than the original ones. I take Midol for my menstrual cramps specifically, but haven't tried them for headaches yet.

I wouldn't say that this worked immediately, but I could tell a difference and a reduction in my symptoms. I felt less bloated and my headache/backache that always accompanies my period was lessened and then eventually went away. I also like that there is caffeine in this product to help you feel less sluggish, and lord knows I don't want to do anything when I'm pmsing. I recommend this product for younger teens who are still not used to the symptoms of their periods. As for adults, it kind of is useless unless you have severe symptoms that you are unable to deal with on your own. I got on a birth control pill and my period symptoms are almost nonexistant now. Yes, I know I'm lucky.

I am one of those lucky women who suffer from heavy, painful, and exhausting periods once a month. Without Midol I would be in bed for three days out of the month writhing in pain and seriously considering a hysterectomy, but once I discovered Midol that all changed. Midol in general is awesome so when I heard they released a new kind called "Midol Extended Relief" I couldn't wait to get my hands on some. I was essentially an addict searching for a new kind of crack. Well I used it and I have to tell you this product is AWESOME!!! When using regular Midol I would need about two tablets each day, but this Extended Relief stuff is great because I only need one. Amazingly enough this is one product that's name is backed by this user's experience with it. It really did work all day and into the night for me, with just ONE tablet. I'm actually so happy with this product because while I still suffer from heavy periods, I don't suffer from cramps. So if you have the same problems I did I would definitely go out and get some Midol Extended Relief.

I really like Midol, and am so glad that it exists. If I had never tried it, I would have never thought to buy the cheaper generic equivalent. That is my only beef with Midol. Though it works very well, and does everything it says, it is expensive, and there are generics that do the job just as well. When I have my period, the first few days are bad. My cramps are terrible, and my back is achey from being constipated. I'm also very sleepy, and I just want to curl up in my blanket, and come out in 4 days. Well, unfortunately, that's not an option, so I always send my husband to get the holy trinity- tampons, a pint of good ice cream (typical, I know), and some Midol. Midol completely relieves my cramps in about 20 minutes. It also has about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee, so it perks me up, too. I don't really have bloating problems, but apparently it's good for that too. So, yeah, it costs a little more than it should, but I am so glad it exists.

Midol Extended Relief is the best cramp relieving medicine on the market. I've been suffering from terrible periods since I was twelve.  I would have terrible cramps, sweats, vomiting. I would feel sick to my stomach. I started taking midol. I would have to take three or four pills to make myself feel a little bit better, but it worked. I loved midol then but it has definitely been updated. Midol extended relief is great. I only have to take one pill and it lasts for twelve hours. It's pricy but since you only have to take one every twelve hours, it lasts for a really long time. It relieves cramps, bloating, and all other period symptoms. It doesn't let your period get you down. It lets you get on your day and live your life while you're on your period. It also lets you feel like you. It doesn't make you feel as though you took pain medication. It allows you to feel completely normal. I would recommend midol extended relief to anyone with period problems.

As most women can affirm, Midol (or another brand of PMS medicine) is absolutely necessary for those dreaded periods! Personally, I choose Midol Extended Relief for that time of the month. I start taking it a day before my expected period, and I take one with dinner and one with breakfast throughout my period. The extended relief caplets advertise that they work for 12 hours, and this is definitely the case. I don't experience moodiness, major cramps, or headaches throughout my period. I take 3 in the morning, and 1 at night. So far, this dosage has worked well for me. I have not experienced any cons so far, and I have seen no visible side effects. I know we women could really use something to calm us down and ease our pain during that one week out of the month. Midol Extended Relief really eases my pain and helps me go to work and to sleep assured that I will have a period symptom free day, every day.
