I have a job that I work different hours all the time and sometimes need a sleeping pill. However the way I feel when I wake up the next day is like I am in a fog or something like that. I saw an ad for Midnite sleeping pills in the Sunday paper coupon section and thought I would give it a try. Midnite says you can take this pill anytime and not worry about feeling groggy the next day. Well, that part is true but the reason that it is true because it does nothing to help you fall asleep. I should have noticed that it was not a good product when it describes it as a herbal supplement. Basically it is like drinking a cup of tea. In fact the main ingredients are lemon balm, chamomile, and lavender. This is more of a chewy candy than a sleep aid. If that makes you go to sleep than this product is for you. The only bright spot is that Midnite is a chewable product and you can take it any time and anywhere. I have tried it a couple of times and it did not work at all.  So my recommendation is stay away from this and get the Tylenol PM even though it will make you feel groggy the next day.

to be honest... what works for men doesn't necessarily work for women.. especially me.opausal women.

the only thing a hot "cup of tea" does for me is cause me to urinate more frequently. I'm trying the Midnite! AND why would I want to take Tylenol if it causes next day grogginess?
