This is a great system if you want to play it for 1 month at a time. I had the system for one month and then got the red ring of death on the console, where it has over heated and will not work anymore,. I sent it back to microsoft and they had it for a month and then sent it back to me "fixed" I played...

Absolutely love my box. Addicted to FallOut3, CoD WaW, and tons of arcade games. Plus with the new update, there's still a lot I haven't done!

Microsoft Xbox 360
The Xbox 360 is the second console gaming system released by Microsoft in November of 2004. It is the successor of Microsoft’s first system Xbox. The Xbox’s main competitors are Sony which has the Playstation 3 and Nintendo which has the Wii. We are currently in the seventh generation of console video gaming or as some people are now calling it “Next Gen” systems. Most of these systems now are...

We bought our xbox 360 when the price was still around 400 dollars. My husband wanted it and while i was ok with it i honestly did not think that i would play much. Still i thought the price would be worth it for him to have something that he would enjoy this much. Wow was i wrong about me not personaly playing this system often! I am actually considering getting another system so that we wont be constantly arguing over who get to use it. The game selection is awesome with this system. there are very few games that are not released for this system. Before you start thinking ok here is a girl...

How to describe the Xbox 360... I have been an owner of the 360 since the year it was introduced, and have held it dearly in my arms in times of need, and pranced across the wastelands of Fallout 3 during our better years.

I must admit, that I do share a deep and intimate connection with my Xbox 360 console. It has clocked many days of usage, and seen me through many Call of Duty 4 matches. I have even personally adorned it with a stunning Transformers decal, to perhaps show the unsavy guests in my home the affinity I possess for the machine.

I would have nothing but praise for my Great White...

Xbox 360 is THE product of the century! Fast graphics processing and great internet support for multiplayer and co op play! Great for any gift or reward!

For those who've ignored the pre-launch marketing blitz – including an MTV special hosted by Elijah Wood, journalistic rendezvous in Amsterdam, and on-site appearances by Bill Gates – here's a quick recap on the tech specs.

The console features a unique IBM PowerPC-based CPU unit complete with three 3.2 Ghz cores, each sporting two hardware threads. Also included in every device: A custom 500Mhz ATI graphics processor capable of supporting...

Oh my, there is only one piece of advice that I am going to give you, the reader. And, that advice is... GO OUT AND GET YOU A XBOX 360! I love my console. I mean, come on. You can play games, watch dvd movies, stay connected and play against your friends online. If you have Netflix, you can access your queued movie list and instantly watch them via your XBOX 360 console. The Netflix option is a very very very cool feature. This way you can watch the movies on your actual televison instead on your personal computer. You will impress your friends when they see the massive catalog of Netflix content...

I think Xbox 360 can be a great family fun product or fun for just the average gamer. There are a lot of game options for young and older. Although I sometimes feel there are more negatives than positives. We had many problems with our Xbox 360 and had to have it sent in three times I believe it was. Our controllers eventually crapped out too and we had to purchase new ones. Plus if you want to get in on the online gaming you should expect to pay 50 dollars every year for you xbox live subscripstion. That is one reason why I say you will have to keep paying on it but other reasons include. If you...

I first recieved the xbox 360 about 3 years ago for Christmas. I immediately fell in love with all that it can do. the graphics are phenomonal, better than the PS3. I have played many games on it, my favorite being the call of duty games and the smackdown games. I am currently playing Batman: Arkham Asylum and it is an incredible experience so far. So far I have been spared the "red ring of death" and I hope it remains that way. I have not been disapointed at all, again so far. Xbox live is cool, I especially enjoy playing "left 4 dead" with others and actually hearing them...

Overall this is an amazing system for an reasonable price. Some of its cons include that it does not come with a wireless network adapter, which they sell although it is pretty expensive and of lower quality. Another thing is that the older version of xbox is known for overheating, but they do have warrenties on them so if they can not fix it they will send you a completely new one and one free month of xbox live so that is really much of a problem. Although, I beleive the pros outnumber the cons. For example the online gameplay is amazing I recently got Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, the single...

When the Microsoft Xbox 360 first came out on the market a few years ago, everyone thought it was going to inferior to the Playstation 3. Years later we all know that that isn't the case as the Xbox 360 outsales and has far more games then the PS3. The only downside that the 360 has that the Playstation 3 has is the Bluray player; with the death of the HD-DVD and Bluray taking the reigns as the high-def media disc PS3 lucked out. The majority of the games that the PS3 has, the Xbox 360 has as well; except for a few exclusive titles that aren't worth mentioning.

One of the major downsides the...

I bought my XBOX 360 back in September 2008. I have played and played and played this thing. I bouoght the XBOX Live year subscription also. The graphics on the the XBOX 360 are amazing and very real looking. There are also plenty of games to choose from for this video gaming console. My favorite ones are the shooters like Call of Duty and Halo and Gears of War. You can play online with people from around the world on XBOX Live and you can also talk to them with the headset that plugs into the controller. The controllers are wireless which makes it really easy to play and relax and...

Just when I was gettin the most out of my Xbox 360, it dies. Sigh, why does this have to happen to me. I set it up in the liveing room with a 50 inch, connected it to the internet. I set up a home network, install twonky for my main media player. Everything was awesome, I even updated my xbox, didnt need to hop over to my laptop for netflix anymore. Than, the red ring started happening. Gah, I thought sense it made it this far it wasnt going to be a defective console. But right when you're in your stride, they like to knock you down. I miss my Xbox... badly! I've stared pc gameing just to get...

The Xbox 360 has many impressive features. These features include some of the best exclusive video games on the market. Titles such as Halo 3, Gears of War 1 and 2, and Fable 2 just to name a few. Another feature that tops the charts as far as console gaming is concerned is the online service Xbox Live. This services allows players from all over the globe to connect on your tv and play games against each other or cooperatively. Xbox Live also has a partnership with Netflix that allows you to rent movies and have them streamed directly to your tv screen. You can also downloads hundreds of games...
