Zune just released a major software upgrade and since this I've had nothing but problems. I used to really like my Zune - it holds my pictures, plays videos, has a radio and holds lots of music. Now my music files are associated with multiple incorrect albums and I have no way of editing the track info such as genre, track number, artist or album information. I called Zune tech support and was informed this is a "known problem" and I would have to wait until the next software release to see if the problem is then fixed.
