Microsoft - Zune Media Player Review

The Zune is sometimes easy to use. I found it pretty easy to download music from my computer and to download movies. However, when I went to check out music without subscribing to the Zune site I wasn't able to listen to the music. I emailed Microsoft and never received a response and wasn't able to get an answer in the help section. I haven't tried again because I was so frustrated. I don't like the way it files movies, they are sometimes hard to find in the menu. And since I don't have any of the accessories it's a pain to plug into your computer and have it charge. I don't like the fact that the battery only last for 3 hours or less. I'm glad I purchased it for under $200 but I'm not sure that it was a great purchase after all.
