Fun console when it works.

This is a great system with a wide selection of games. The online play is amazing. You can play and voice chat with your friends at the same time. I only gave it 3 stars because of the problems it has with the 3 redlights, overheating, and scratching discs. None of these has ever happened to me, but I know quite a few people it has hapened to. Also, the customer service is horrible, especially if you get the office in Manilla. They promise you things such as free games and controllers and later you realize it's a lie. If they do offer you a free game it's one you can pay $5 for at gamestop.
