Microsoft Office 2007 is not easy

    Steep learning curve, Considerable bloat, not natively compatible with prev office, Training may be necessary

I think that there has been too many changes to the software and will cause major training in order for people to understand the changes from Office 2003 to Office 2007.  It was very fustrating trying to find how to use the software from previous editions.
