A lot of frilly stuff that just isn't that useful.

    office start menu, Applications are well-integrated.

Cons
    new file extensions, Longer loading time, not natively compatible with prev office

I just took a class regarding this software and while there are a lot of new things added to the 2007 version, they seem to be too frilly to actually use professionally.  Plus, there is just too much to it.  It is SIMPLE enough to use, but once you find how to do something, it's hard to find it again.
