Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 —

To put this in few words: If your machine can handle it, you will like it.

Internet explorer 7 adds a lot of great features (most of them, already seen in other browsers, though) that will give you a new experience at browsing. On the other hand, if your machine is not suited for it (and most probably it wont) get ready for a new experience at slugishness.
With new features such as tabbed browsing, a new, fresher visual style and shortcuts such as the one that let's you clean all your private data with a single click, Internet Explorer 7 is a great innovation over it's previous version.
Sadly, resource consumption it's a lot bigger and you probably will find that making whatever you did yesterday, it's slower today with this browser.
