i loved state. it was a wonderful 4 years. through my classes, i had an internship and received a job out of that internship. i had some great professors and some not so great, but they were all worth it. i had a great job at the library and loved the people i worked with. the housing could be improved, but it was decent. i lived off campus for 3 years and loved that independence. the campus seems large, but you will start recognizing people after your first semester. it gets a lot smaller quickly! it is the most beautiful campus in michigan. if you are considering it, at least… read full review »

MSU is a great school.  Campus is one of the most beautiful in the nation.  The spring and fall seasons on campus are breath taking.  The Telecommunications program is great.  Graduated in 2003 and was set up with a job from one of my professors.  Great school for kids from metro Detroit to attend.  You are far away from home to get that college experience, but still close enough to go home when ever you would like. —… read full review »

I feel MSU is very well placed to start your undergrad career.  They have awesome majors in Biochem and Med Tech.  There are TWO med schools affliated with MSU, so twice the chance to make connections.  I'm not so sure if it would be a good idea for a English major or something of that nature.  —… read full review »
